Hi. The image is not very good, but I think this could be legit.

This signed album costs $40.00 on eBay. No PSA/DNA certification.

The seller strikes me as quite shady at best.  Sells a heck of a lot of cast-signed items, all signed surprisingly neatly at very low prices.  Several items from Lincoln signed perfectly with the same pen, including notorious non-signer Tommy Lee jones.

The Boss signatures looks fairly ok. I do agree the 'B' looks a little odd. I am on the fence with this... I think it is ok but not 100% sure...
