Starting to learn about the Beatles …  what are your thoughts about the authenticity of this one? Thanks!

Definitely not real IMO. If the autographs were genuine it would be worth roughly $150,000+.

Thanks! Just for learning purposes: do you think the entire thing LOOKS genuine and could theoretically be real?

no chance.  this is a well documented forgery style.  think about it, this album was released in 1967, after the beatles stopped touring. At what point would they have been sitting down, signing these albums with perfectly placed signatures?

I just realized it has a GFA sticker in the lower-right corner. GFA stands for Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators, but it really means Guaranteed Forged Autographs. They are the leading authenticator of the forgery industry.

Who's selling it? Where? LiveAuctioneers? LiveAuctioneers is a dangerous place to buy autographs. There are some honest autograph auction houses there but they are few and far between.

I agree with Steve and Terrier. It’s a very common forgery style.

Thank you, Gentlemen!

So. Cal.
