I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

Do they accept mail ins?

No.

Kenny Baker does sign through the mail, 1 per person. Anthony Daniels does not. He only signs at conventions.

Here are some Star Wars autographs that I have been meaning to post for quite some time now.  The first is Natalie Portman.  I have her autograph on a cast autographed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster.  The next three are in-person autographs from New York City comic conventions.  They are Peter Mayhew, Billy Dee Williams and Warwick Davis.  The Warwick Davis autograph is on a Willow photograph.  The last three were purchased at Tatooine Traders in Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World.  They are Anthony Daniels, Jake Lloyd and Ray Park.  Each of the last three came with a Michael Wehrmann COA.

Let me know if you ever want to get rid of that Portman. I've been looking for the longest time.

Very unlikely JXE but I will definitely let you know.  She signed it in 1998.  She was sixteen at the time.  It is nearly impossible to find her autograph on anything that is Star Wars related.  I am glad you like it.

I just wanted to recommend the new Kenobi novel.  I just finished it and it is very interesting, particularly the way that it handles Obi-Wan’s guilt over Anakin.  I understand that this is an autograph forum so I will also say that I would love to have the cover signed by Ewan McGregor with a silver Sharpie.

Will definitely check it out.

Mark, there is a lot of information about Tusken Raiders in the novel as well.  I do not recall ever reading about their history in previous novels.  Very interesting.

I think I had a good score this morning, and I just want some extra eyes. I looked at the inscription, the letter formations, and the areas of ink deposit and it looks great to me. It's also JSA authenticated. I just want to hear it from Mike Shepherd, because he's a Guinness boss!

JXE, that is a great item.  Not only does the signature look good but the inscription compares nicely with others that I have seen.  Alec Guinness inscribed "Good wishes" on a lot of his photos.  Hopefully one day I will also own an autographed Alec Guinness, Obi-Wan Kenobi photo.  Congratulations.  I know that you have considered others in the past.  Good things come to those who wait.  I was just wondering, what are the dimensions of the photo?  Is it an 8x10?

Thanks so much for looking at it Mike! You are a wealth of SW info. I have another small 3x5 photo with a good wishes inscription as well (not Obi Wan though). This photo is 8x10 and I look forward to adding it to my Star Wars 8x10 binder. The only other one I'd like to add with any immediacy is a Christopher Lee from the Official Pix signings.
