You do wonder how many people might have a beautiful signed Star Wars poster as their pride and joy in the middle of their room.. Not realising that it's completely fake!!

About the same number who have fake 500 Home Run lithographs... And the number is probably staggering.

I know of at least a dozen posters that had to be restored to remove fake Fords after the disaster mentioned above. many of them had hundreds of in-person autographs on there already.

Yes that's always the worst case scenario... Getting the easy ones via conventions/theatre etc... and then faking the main star who isn't very easy to get at all... Thus it's 80% real, 20% fake!
