Steiner paper COA`s

Just a quick question for all, Can you trust the paper COAs from Steiner? The folded ones kinda like Upper Decks, and when did they first stop using them and change over to the card type? Thanks.

This was the first time they started holograms, early 2000s I believe. If the item has an old style Steiner holo on it, you're probably good.

These are good. This is the type of COA Steiner issued around 2000 for show signed items. They may have also used them for store items, but I know for sure they used these at show signings because I obtained some myself.
