I don't think this is genuine. It doesn't have the flow like his real autograph. Also it is missing the date it was signed. Most of his signatures are dated. But this is just my opinion.

It has a lot of the right characteristics but shows some pretty significant hesitation in what appears to be a slowly drawn signature. I'd pass.
