The first one in the post looks like it's from the DVD signing she did awhile back for In Your Dreams. All were personalized but perhaps the photo doesn't show that part of it.  The second one "To Tony" looks like those she used to send back through the mail if you sent it to Ginny Kamano her assistant. Back then there was some discussion if Ginny signed those for Stevie.  Not 100% sure.

The first one is an Enchanted tour book and was official merchandise sold through Artist Direct in 1998, it's real. They were limited and all were sold non personalized.
