15k u could get a signed guitar 

cant tell if its real as I cant see the sig sorry

if real worth  and if its a concert poster 2k or so maybe 3k .that's the market value

looks like a Austin magazine poster probably 1k .. if reatail in a frame and done nice 2-2500$
