Steve asked me to start a new thread since some were having a lot of issues with regards to whether or not the through the mail autographs of Jerry Lee Lewis are real or not. I will post some examples of what we have been getting recently and some know in person examples. These TTM signatures are not cheap. You have to pay $50 for them to his box office box. The question is are they real or not. Roger has said that he has never seen Mr. Lewis sign this way and it looks to perfect - like a woman's signature.
Please post your thoughts here and examples.
thanks
Mark

This looks very good to me.
Thank you so much Ballroom !
You really think so? Why? This one looks to be the furthest away from my IPs that anyone has posted thus far. Anyone else have an opinion? Max, how was this obtained?
You're working with a subset of authentic JLL exemplars. This is consistent with a PSA/DNA authenticated example as well as other examples that I have found to be authentic.
Not to disparage anybody here, but I have no confidence in much of what's being said in this thread. There's been a multitude of styles analyzed and the general comments are that most are authentic. That doesn't make sense, at least to me, especially when you compare many of the autographs to the ones Jerry Lee penned at his book signing. I want to send the now-required $100 to have him sign another album, but I just don't feel confident that I'll receive an authentic autograph. (The first one looks like junk regardless of authenticity thanks to a bad marker and weird tracing that has been discussed.) I've been waiting to see what recent returns look like, but apparently nobody else has the confidence to part with $100 either.
AWESOME looking great job!! These are sweet!!

very cool
Fantastic! No question on these!
Hey Steve,
I was so taken by how legit the autographs looked and the "Thanks" I passed right over the "To Steve" on two of them. They look nothing like the Thanks, which clearly looks signed with the signature.
The possibility that many TTM personalizations may be secretarial has been discussed before. Do you think yours may be?
Congratulations, Steve! Those sure look good to me. $100 a pop, correct? What was the turnaround time? Did you ask for silver to be used? (I'd like black.) What did you write in your letter? Do you send it directly to Jerry Lee or to his wife? Sorry for all the questions, but I want to make sure my money and album cover doesn't go to waste this time.
Thanks,
Dave
