Steve asked me to start a new thread since some were having a lot of issues with regards to whether or not the through the mail autographs of Jerry Lee Lewis are real or not.  I will post some examples of what we have been getting recently and some know in person examples.   These TTM signatures are not cheap.  You have to pay $50 for them to his box office box.  The question is are they real or not.  Roger has said that he has never seen Mr. Lewis sign this way and it looks to perfect - like a woman's signature.

Please post your thoughts here and examples.

thanks

Mark

Are Elvis' secretarials not well studied, identifiable, and partly attributable.
It is not human nature to maintain these types of secrets. There is no guilt in the matter, thus no disclosure after all of this time from the Lewis camp.

Albert,

I sent you an email yesterday evening requesting you to identify yourself because it's clear you're not just a fan as you say. Here's a screenshot of it:

Please comply before posting more on this site.

Thanks

The information has been provided in my profile.

Albert,

I don't buy what you posted, sorry. Please send me your phone number so I can call you and verify your identity.

Thanks

There once was a man from the Coast
whose little club had the I.Q. of toast.
When Albert appeared, they mourned and they feared,
till their leader forbade him to post.

I will grant you, that is very poetic.

Albert,

You are clearly not a fan or collector. You're someone here for commercial purposes. All you had to do was verify your identity, in order to comply with the requirements you read when you joined the site. You wouldn't.

Why are you so afraid?

You're suspended until you comply.

Oh well... that appears to mean we won't see answers to the questions posed below.

So...just to be clear...members of this site requested photos showing Jerry Lee Lewis signing the books that were required purchase to attend the NYC Barnes & Noble Q & A with JLL last October?
And such photos were supplied to the requesters?

If that is accurate, where are the photos?
Can they be posted here?
If not, why not?

To whom in the "Lewis camp" was the request made?
And who supplied the photos?

Here's a question:

What percentage of JLL autographs in the signed books that we've seen have a loop in the tail of the Y of Jerry?

What percentage of verifiable in-person JLL autographs that we've seen have a loop in the tail of the Y?

I just posted two authentic examples in a similar style as the book signatures in which the “Y” in “Jerry” does not contain a loop. Among the book signature I’ve seen, there are examples in which the bottom of the “Y” breaks to both the right and left with a sharp upstroke. This is consistent with his authentic signature. These are small, tight, somewhat abbreviated signatures that apparently were signed in quick succession. The signatures have a repetitive appearance, but contain substantial variations consistent with other authentic exemplars.
