Absolutely insane how this release has been handled. She’s getting a good bit of hate for it on social media from her fans from what I’ve read.
I think it’s a straight marketing play. Assuming these are really signed, she’s likely signed everything and it’s already packaged up.

This is getting ridiculous ... Maybe she is signing them as we speak and they are listing them in real time ! Think of it, $40 a pop for every 5 to 10 seconds it takes her to sign.
