Ted Williams opinions, please

Any opinions of this Ted Williams? 16 by 20 photo.

Something I have never done. Ran into this as an Amazon prime "lighting deal". Very good price for a 16 by 20. PSA cert among two others (which mean nothing to me). PSA authenticated a ton of this particular signed photo in 2010 (which scares me). If authentic, it's not the greatest example. But the price was very good. And it was fulfilled by Amazing so I can return and get a refund no questions asked. Is this a good Williams?

Yes, this is one of about 5 to 10 pieces that he signed a ton of though. They've been heavily marketed after his death. You can probably buy one for around ~$150 if you're patient.

Thanks.That's what I got it for. They are all over eBay for about $250.
