Not authentic, unfortunately.   Slant, flow and angle in several key areas are off, as are letter size and spacing. Williams can be tough as there are many, many forgeries of different styles floating around.

You can clearly see in the d and the a that there is an attempt to pause and fix.  No good in my eyes.
