I really wonder about this. On several fronts. The contract is one of a few offered by this seller.
This one, is supposedly signed by Ray on the front, with signatures on the back named to all 4 band members. I am struggling to find an authentic signature on both sides (the Morrison is particularly bad) . Or could it be that Ray signed on behalf of the other 3 on the back? I personally think it is not the real deal, even Rays signature. Infact some very bad efforts.  A curious thing!

The Ray signature on the front looks ok to me, but not sure about the reverse. The others do not look right.

Thanks for your response Rich. It’s been a while. I hope you are well.

The signatures on the rear look suspect right across the board which made me question the Ray signature upfront.
The seller was selling separately another contract that was solely signed by Ray. Ironically, that offering actually looks true to Rays signature

What a strange item. The first Ray signature looks like a later signature style.

That is what I was thinking too Ballroom.

The "J" of John and Jim look EXACTLY the same, which is also worrisome.

If it's a good deal, make the seller (or yourself) get a quick opinion from Epperson or someone.

I noticed that as well.

Sold for almost $300 a few days ago on eBay

I've gotten Ray back in the day when he signed his full name. And in later years where he made the line. So I'm also worried about why he has a later style signature on one side, and old style on the back. Weird
