Just received an email saying they tried to deliver it but failed and it was returned to them, refund given, very poor form, never tried a delivery at all

I had ordered the signed CD and this is what I received... A CD and a (what should I call it?) „Half Art Card“.
It's apparently the Art Card that came with cassettes.

Me too! To be fair they were good about a full refund once I pointed out that they had not fulfilled the contract as they had sent something different to what I had ordered.
