Apparently given to a charity auction in the early 90s to raise funds .

Why does the ink look so odd? Other areas of the image ae not jagged. Charity auctions are notorious sources.
I can't zoom in without it getting pixilated but the signatures are good. Assuming it's not a reprint, it's fine.
This doesn't look good to me, something is off about all autographs and the placement is a bit too perfect.
They look textbook for this time period and the placement is the same as most other from this promo signed lot. Another from the same promo lot:
