I recently purchased this 8x10 signed photo of the Who. It was listed as having Roger Daltry, Pete Townshend, and John Entwhistle. It didn't mention Keith Moon although there is what appears to be a signature by him and looks like a K and then a T off to the right. The seller is not the original owner and didn't know what the writing by Keith Moon was.
I have two questions. Are the signatures good? And, how do you tell for sure and easily if this is a re-print? It is on a heavier stock photo, no stamps or writing on the back. Definitely not a current photo paper. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Defiantly "ink on paper" (you can tell by the "grayish" color of the ink that stands out when the flash hits it.) Done with "fine tip" Sharpie-(which they didn't have back in the sixties or seventies) The actual print looks like a "newer" reprint of the Who on the 1968 Rock and Roll Circus. Possibly signed at a concert in the years way after Keith Moons death by the remaining three members. The little Keith Moon attempt on the right (by someone) was not a good idea. Possibly real autographs on a reprint by Roger, Pete and John. Ok decided to look at it one more time,..might not be a "fine tip" sharpie, so that gives it a chance to be real, but the great condition of the print still baffles me a little. would have to have been stored perfectly. Another look at the Moon sig...could be real,..he was Very wasted at that concert. Hang on to it.....
No chance is that real
Yes, Like I said the Photo Page looks "Very New", but at the same time, the Pete Towshend is Spot on,...the other signatures,..well, I just Don't know. Like I said, If you watch their performance at the 1968 Rock and Roll Circus, they were All very "wasted" IE confirmed by Pete Townshend interview. Also, who could come up with that "sig" by Moon....only Him. Very interesting piece. Only the "WHO"...or the "Forger" would know the truth on this one.......?
No chance these are real. All of them look off, don't like Roger and Pete as well.
Yes, The Roger Daltrey looks pretty bad, but after everything is said and done,...too good to be true. After looking and thinking about it...it most likely would have been signed in ball point pen in 1968. Still interesting though.....
