The Who - Townshend and "Keith Moon" - Did PSA screw this up?

PSA LOA states this was signed by Pete and Keith -- but the Keith looks NOTHING like his signature. Isn't it a rushed Daltry?

Thanks -- I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me for a moment. Seller won't be happy as he's asking 5 grand for it!   I've contacted PSA to see what their explanation is.....
