Third Party Authentication Companies Advertising For Auction Houses

Over the last two days in my Gmail "promotions" folder, I've received advertising from both PSA (yesterday) and Beckett (today).  Yesterday the PSA email was promoting a major upcoming memorabilia auction by a sports auction house.  Today the Beckett email was promoting a different auction house's big upcoming event. Each of the respective auctions featured slabbed items with the corresponding TPA that is doing their advertising.

We've mentioned these kind of advertisements by TPAs for auction houses before here. Maybe it's fine, but it still really jars me every time I get an email like this.  It just feels like it strikes at the heart of a TPA company having an impartiality to the material they are authenticating for them.  It's just hard to get my head around it.
