Hi everyone, I was curious if anyone knows if the full "Thomas Jefferson" name at the beginning of this land grant document was written by Jefferson himself. There seem to be a few similarities with this and the signature, which I have also included a picture of. I know that normally secretaries would fill in the blanks on these documents, and the rest of the writing does not seem to be Jefferson's. However, the name seems close enough that I wanted to see what everyone thought, as I am not an expert in Jefferson's writing.
