Thoughts on Lennon Cut - Topps Authenticated

Any thoughts on this signature? Looks very atypical to me but probably genuine since it it Topps. Any idea the era or value of this? Thanks!

It would be very difficult to verify this scribble as John’s signature. Not sure how Topps was able to certify this as genuine. I’d pass.

It COULD be Lennon. I see some characteristics. I might buy it—for a couple of 9's less than they're asking.

I couldn’t find an image of the document in its original state. Why would he make those loops at the end? I don’t think I’ve seen that before. Very odd item.
