to be fair to the seller, he never said who signed it 3 years ago in spring training. It certainly wasn't Koufax.
I guess he/she did say "Sandy Koufax official Major League Baseball..." to me it looks more like a tatoo signature!
Why are there six bids? I barely know anything about Koufax, and even I can tell that's a laughable forgery attempt.
The photograph, Rich, that's why.
I wonder how many Ebay scammers use that same photo to "sell" their crap.
