UPDATE! Christopher Morales vs Roger Epperson

Hello,

I just wanted to give everyone an update on the case in which Christopher Morales sued me. The judge in Houston TX granted me a summary judgment and dropped any and all of Morales's claims against me. The case is over thank god.

Congratulations, Roger. Legitimate people must do whatever it takes to fight lawsuits that attempt to intimidate and silence them.

Is it possible to post the court papers from your case here? They might be a great resource.

I'm glad that they were able to quantify it as "lack of malice" on your part. Posting a professional opinion of Morales's body of work is not malicious in any way. Damaging, but not malicious. It's not your fault that he authenticated forgeries.

Moralass of the story... Don't go around authenticating nothing but forgeries and then start suing people due to your own incompetence, greed and stupidity. Karma is a bitch. I hope someone pours boiling hot water on his nut sac. here's the latest photo of "Chris" while leaving the courtroom...

I think back to the other stupid site (ANL) when the few jack-offs there were just rallying around "Chris" their favorite son. Chris this, Chris that. Now their website is a rambling one way street where no one can post a thing. It's very laughable. They are complete blithering idiots led by their favorite son...Chris Moralless, "who lives in a van down by the river". I wish he'd jump in...
