Van Halen "Autographed" Guitar, Opinions?

I bought the guitar about 7 years ago from a friend for a $200, it has been sitting in a closet since. I was think of resaling it, but trying to find a value I started to questions its authenticity. It has paperwork but non of the places seem to google very well. I don't want to waste money getting it authenticated again if it is a straight up fake, but also don't want to sell something I am unsure of. Any help would be great

in my opinion its doesnt match any know members  in van halen .

im just amazed at what people will sell as real.

can someone please tell me how u can even get sammy hagar out of that scribble.

he has such a nice clean signiture
