I purchased an autograph book for £15  and the owner obviously didn't know who this young lady was ?  He listed several photos of the signatures but not this one. I got a shock when I seen it in the book.

I have tried to find this photo on google but I am presuming it is rare as I can't find another one. Signature, I would need help from an expert. What do people think ?

I would like to rotate the photo but I don't know how too.

Here it is upright.

That is a common preprint. Christies even had one as hand signed., It is obviously not.

All over the net:

Thanks Eric

Anytime Martin,

Here is some of my Leigh/Streetcar:

There are several different poses - with as I recall a few different pre printed sigs. There are cards with her and her husband as well and those also are jet black "ink" with no crossover. But at a quick glance they can look like fountain. Apart the lack of dedication, these just look dead.

Nice items Eric++++++++++++++

Thank you :-) That candid was only $9! That line is in the scan not the snapshot.

I used to have this one below - I bought it for $168 on eBay. but I don't collect doubles and that Angus McBean of her as Blanche in 1949 was very important to me. My Mom tried to buy that exact piece for me in C. 2005. When I saw the McBean again I had to have it. I sold the other one below for just a few hundred dollars to a friend.
