I sold an exclusive SDCC hand signed by cast members of the show Community poster to the buyer brainybeaverstore. Before he got it he was asking to return it. I sent the poster neatly rolled in another SDCC exclusive movie poster with pictures of my SDCC badge, at signings I had at the con and a picture of the armband to get into the signing. Sent the map with where the room for the signing was. We were not allowed pictures in the actual room but sent proof I was there. The actors signed it in a black sharpie then passed it to the next one. Each signed it and it was on heavy poster stock paper. He claimed it was fake because the actors all signed in black sharpie and wanted to send it back. It was real and he kept it but sent back a bad copy that was on thin paper and crumpled. He kept the real poster and proof and wanted a refund for a bad copy. He sells on eBay also and claims he was allowed to get multiple items signed at east coast cons. Anyone that has attended a con knows you get one item and they usually choose. Beware of this fraudulent buyer seller on eBay. The picture is of the poster I sent but the other one shows the back of the fake he sent back. You can see it is creased and not the thick poster board.

I would dispute this through Ebay and not refund this rascal one dime without a fight. Also, slam him with feedback as well.

I would also ring paypal and ask if there is anything you can do because ebay  usually sides with the buyer , even in a case as awful as this, and my worry is that the seller is a power seller who knows how to exploit some kind of loophole he has found but also knows that ebay will side with him.
