These would be my estimates for a signed photo (sp), unless otherwise stated. Also, prices are for PSA or JSA items or other major TPAs. These are in no particular order: (Prices are off the top of my head)

Paul McCartney - $1000
Madonna - $700
Mick Jagger - $700
Barack Obama -$700 (signed book)
Michael Jordan - $900 (signed basketball)
Bill Clinton -$400 (signed book)
Fidel Castro - a couple thousand or more from what I hear
Ringo Starr - $500
Tom Brady - $700 (signed FB)
Mikhail Gorbachev - $700
UK Royals - many pounds
Pope Francis - probably a lot

Are these retail prices? Cause I don't think a MJ ball is worth $900

Prince - approx. $3500

Oh wow...how did I forget Dylan?! And I love Prince, actually. I did not know his was worth so much. He must be a tough autograph. - Love his music!

The celebrities that I deal with can certainly bring these numbers $500-$1000 or more on the right items. Some have done book signings or are available on cards etc. (this has dropped some prices.) Average retail on a modern signed 8x10 is about $500 with quality older signatures seeing the prices double or triple. 

Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman, Robert DeNiro and Clint Eastwood all fall into this category.

A Portman on a Star Wars item would be a holy grail autograph, but I'm led to believe there's hardly that many which exist - now she doesn't sign them at all, sadly.

Is Ford still rare as he seems to be a bit more gracious these days about signing when he used to be a notoriously elusive signer.

Ali isn't really that expensive. He never turned down an autograph request so there's literally thousands out there. People overpay though

Michael Jordan is even worse, and he's only in his early-50s. There are so many MJ autographs out there that I foresee a collapse at some point in the value of his sig.
