What do people make of the story behind this MJ signed fedora?

What do people make of this Michael Jackson signed fedora?

Is it genuine?  Wasn't that Matt Fiddes a well known bullsh#tter?

Can´t comment on the authencity, but that has to be one of the most messy and chaotic item descriptions ever!!! It never stops and the same "info" over and over again...

If you want $30 000 for your item, like this seller wants, why would he/she start the description with the e-mail from Darren Julien saying that he estimates the value to $4000-$6000? That´s not good marketing... :-)

And I particulary likes this picture, it adds a lot of value to the listing:

:-)

haha, The fact that he's even mentioned Darren Julien is doing his auction no favours.

Agree with the description, It seems to go on forever and then repeat.

Not entirely sure of the signature tbh.

It looks good to me.

(edit) - but your right about Fiddes too.  Unfort there were a lot of creeps/hanger ons that tried to make a name off MJ.

+1

LOL you know, I've never seen this before.  I have to wonder if this is where the idea originated --- he studied and watched old movies over and over and over.  Studying the greats.  His kids talk about it in interviews. :)

I don't think it's real. I'm quite confident of that.
