No on both. Heads up, Scoreboard was reputable but there's a lot forgeries that scammers are including the Score board certificate with their garbage. And if you see a Score board certificate with hologram stickers, that is also a scam because Score board didn't attach them to the item or their certificate.

Those Ebay accounts with the *** usernames, are those accounts made by ebay to run up bids? Out of curiosity I've tried to create an account with those * in it and wasn't able to do so.

Exactly. If you changed your EBay ID (like scammers do all of the time), you can no longer find their previous ID.

Yes.  They use those asterisks to protect the scammers.
