It means the item is stickered, but they lost the accompanying COA/LOA.

That was what I thought but folks place THAT much value on that little card/sticker? $99 for that solo album signed? For each of those (there were two)? Incredible.

I would have paid several times that, but only without the vandalism (sticker). Our resident Floyd man says perhaps in the area of $350-$500.

All I can think to do is never to sell them, never to buy them and always speak...of them ("...it's lovely,lovely, but the sticker...").
