Sain isn't in the hall, the ones who did sign are not what you would call high demand. I would guess around $250.00

I think $250 is being somewhat optimistic. Maybe $200 in my opinion. It's possible that a Mize single signed bat might actually be worth more.

It is a nice looking bat, but they are fairly common HOFers.
