I know it's reviving a old,(very old!) thread,but it seems the only signed piece I ever got through the mail was of former Chicago Guitarist Dawayne Bailey.

I contacted him over Facebook,and he kindly sent me this newspaper cutting from the Manhattan Mercury newspaper dated 1989.Threw in a plectrum too which was nice of him.
