They restocked the first CD a few times but the restocks were limited to 1 per household (which helped).

We never had a chance with the bots. Especially when they announce exactly when they were going on sale. I guarantee you'll see sellers on eBay next month with a dozen of these just like when the first one dropped.

Wouldn't even trust these ebay sellers with multiples. I'd imagine they are all forgeries/fakes.

Odd did no one get the restocks? They were still taking orders but it was difficult for me on ride home but I did place an order after the out of stock picture appeared but the website was still taking orders and yet now also prevents access to adding to the basket.

So I haven't seen 1 person say they got a copy during the drop yesterday between here, reddit threads, and FB groups.
i wish there was a way to fight this mayhem! I don't see republic records cancelling orders cause all they care about is the money/sale, doesn't help at all that people have FOMO and are buying the ones on ebay already..

I blame the countdown for alerting scalpers, and tbh Im sure there is a scalper or two on this thread. No one is safe from them. The only solution is for Republic Records to cancel EVERY order from yesterday and start over. Ariana is good with protecting her fans, so I wouldn't put it past her to do something about it. The signed CDs don't ship until November 21 anyway! Email Republic Records and demand change! Their email is: republicrecords@umgstores.com

I attempted this as well. I'll tell my story but it's just more of the same. I was there refreshing 2 different browsers and even a search request for "signed wicked" from their site on another tab
The first place it popped up was on my search request tab which seemed about 2 minutes after the supposed drop was to start. Very strange stuff.
I instantly added to my cart and begun the checkout process. 3 min wait for whatever reason. Is this to avoid crashes? No other store does this.. anyways, because I added to cart from the search request page, I'm not sure of when the others would have appeared on the main page. Either the same time or slightly more delayed.
As soon as time was up, the next page loaded saying sold out. I figured as much as soon as this nonsense started but its still worth a try
I feel there is definitely something sinister going on. How can bots purchase from a non existent link? Could they have set up a system where they buy their own product to resell without even reaching the public? You're right, no one out there has said they were able to purchase on the drop. Maybe we should start asking eBay sellers and see if anyone answers or if their stories line up. Type something out and copy and paste to all sellers and maybe someone will trip up... I don't know...
