I don't care for this.  His signature can be chaotic looking, but nicer examples are out there.  This one seems off.  From what I can see, the photo is a repro. as well?

Sure, I didn't mean the ink isn't live on the photo.  Just the photo itself looks like a later repro.?

Yes, his sig can be chaotic and yes, there are nicer examples out there. But this might be authentic IMO.

Could be, KaiMi.  Sometimes I look at authentic exemplars from him and it's hard to believe it's from the same person at times!

That was my main concern. Was Holden sober when he signed it. When not acting--or perhaps when acting---Holden was usually loaded.
