I'm torn on this.  I'm leaning toward "good", though the fading obviously makes it tough to tell. Willie's sig can be a challenge at it's best.  Would I buy it?  Probably not, unless the deal is in line with the condition.

That actually looks good, but unfortunately it is faded.
