No, I did email them and they said they are expecting a further shipment of signed stuff from the band:

"Sorry for the wait on this one. The album has now been released, but these signed ones can take a little longer as they are more complicated to organise - the band are signing a huge number of these for their fans, and it’s likely to take multiple sittings to get through them. We're told the last of these are expected to be completed by the first week of September. You'll get an email to confirm when yours has been sent - thanks for your patience here!"

I would hope these are still fulfilled, however the band have already reached number 1 in the UK and that is the general purpose of the signed stuff - a higher chart placing than if no signed options were available...
