this is one of worst Yaz forgeries imaginable, and I am sure PSA did NOT pass this. there is no sticker shown. My question is how can this seller get away with this deception?

Unfortunately its been going on for years....crooked sellers claiming there item would pass PSA or claims it's authenticated by any of these guys that buyers trust and look for when in fact its not authentic or even is accompanied with a cert. for unsuspected buyers to purchase because they say so....that is a hideous YAZ forgery and you can challenge it buy sending it to quick opinion which is a online service from PSA for $10.00 and it will comeback likely not genuine...and forward the seller the email....or report it to eBay...there flooded with FORGERIES and it may never change...that's why a good eye in the auto hobby is far more useful then any piece of paper and hologram...please ask him to send you a picture of the cert from PSA to...I would love to see it my self personally
Its unfortunate that someone has to spend 10 bucks to have this bumped.  I wish ebay had another way.  there are a lot of savvy collectors that can identify these frauds, and anything that would help clean it up, in my opinion, should be welcomed.  I wish PSA/DNA had some legal ground to put a stop to this.
Crooks are a dime a dozen when it comes to fakes at auction....the sellers and eBay profits...this may be why the corporate monster looks the other way....if all autos had to be just PSA/DNA and no one else...they would loose hundreds of thousands on forgery fees that get sold day in and day out...sad but true...its a vicious cycle...

Perhaps someone else has done this already, but I have reported this to ebay.  Although they announce PSA/DNA in their advertisement, the company doesn't give any Certif. number nor declare in anyway that it has been examined and authenticated.  I think PSA should also hear about this.

Does PSA have some way of contacting them with things like this?

I have also emailed PSA with my concern, but they haven't replied yet.  I'd like to hear that they will investigate. If I learn something of interest, I will report back.

This seller, sportsgiftsandcollectibles, is the same seller who sells GAI/Global Mariano Riveras by the truckload.

By the way, they never responded to my question how they get so many Riveras when he has an exclusive contract with Steiner.

What a shock.

The new crook on the auction block...it will never end
Same thing I have seen with Sandy Koufax. Unlimited.
Is Yastrzemski still alive?  I always thought of Koufax as one of the few greats sports figures that are alive today.  If Wilt was still around it would be a hands down!
he is alive and still signing at shows

this is the same imbecile that TAKES ADs from every seller he can find and makes them his own.... He has some robo lister and can list 30,000 items in hours. They are all buy it nows 20-50% marked up from the original lister of the item. He does this with-out their permission as well. He is a CROOK of the highest order that just cuts and pastes crap from everyone, good & bad, from many different websites, not just e-bay. E-bay has stopped him in the past, but apparently, the nimrod complete jerk loser is back at it. sportsgiftsandcollectibles is a loser , an idiot and rip-off artist. Anyone who buys from this guy is also an idiot.
