Apparently another photo from the same period. Same plane, railing, some of the clothes etc. I'd be looking for a date and then subject. No comment on the signature.

These are photographs of Douglas MacArthur, his wife, and his son (still alive, 85), at the time of his return to the Philippines in 1950. Knowing what the subject is will add value.

I read that Arthur MacArthur lives under an assumed-name and never married. He was a long-term resident of several posh hotels over the years. He has never given an interview and shuns all publicity.

The signature may be good but a better scan is needed.
