Your Favorite Space/Flight-Related Autograph

I'll start. I have the 3 Apollo 11 and 7 Mercury astronauts signatures, but they aren't my favorite. For a flight-related find, that honor goes to Amelia Earhart's signature on a photo of her standing in front of her plane as it is being filled for a flight. It's small, but mighty.

I love some of the Earhart photos. You can see the joy and excitement in her.

I've received autographs from several astronauts and a numbe of the X-15 test pilots.

my highest 'wish-list' for space/flight-related autograph would be~
Neil Armstrong, yet i've heard he does'nt sign at all.
has anyone else heard this, or something different about his signing habits?

Although he doesn't sign anymore, I got one from RR Auctions and they still have at least one every auction. Expect to pay $1000+ for a real one. Also check on eBay.

Does anyone know of any Astronauts or Test Pilots who sign through the mail and what addresses to use? I have John Glenn when he was a Senator and Eugene Kranz, but nothing else. I have been sent fakes by Armstrong, Sally Ride, and Michael Collins

This was the only time I was EVER weary or nervous of getting an autograph. Ken Dahlberg  is a WWII fighter ace who flew the p-51 and p-47. He is good friends with our family and the photo was signed in my mom's kitchen while he shared old stories of himself in pilot's training as well as his time fighting over Germany. Two favs in this category.  Top one: SR-71 signed photo I received after a tour of it on Okinawa.  The other was a mission brochure and patch from Dale Gardner he sent everyone in my AF NCO Academy class.  My grandson is a big space nut so I gave him the Gardner mission brochure.
