Greetings Mayberry friends,

Thank you to Scott Paul for allowing me to post this message. Due to some unseen circumstances I am looking to sell my collection of Andy Griffith Show related autographs and memorabilia.

I have been dealing with "Mayberry" related autographs for over 40 years. I have met most of the cast at one time or another and have maintained a personal relationship with most. I routinely sell on eBay and my user name is "andyfan1". That being said it is my opinion that all of these autographs are 100% authentic.

I have and excel spreadsheet with most of the autographs listed. The ones highlighted in yellow have already been sold. I will go thru the collection and make sure of what is actually still available. There are still some items such as signed placards, signed posters, etc. that I will need to sort thru. One piece alone I have sold addition copies for $600.

I would prefer to sell as one lot if possible. Just a quick total of the listed items - if I sold at the prices I usually get for these - it's in excess of $16,000 but I'd only be asking for a fraction of that. It would be a great money making opportunity for someone if they decided to sell the collection.

Please email me if you have any questions and for a copy of the spreadsheet at "gcwedemeyer@yahoo.com" so we don't clutter up this forum with questions and responses.

Thanks in advance to any who might be interested.

Take care,

Gary Wedemeyer

I forgot to mention you can see some of these items on my website. Here is a link:

I have purchased some great items from Gary both on eBay and through his Mayberry Emporium website.  He has a great collection and has done a lot in the effort to try to educate new TAGS collectors about Andy Griffith secretarial (Richard O. Linke) autographs.
