FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR T.T.M. OR S.A.S.E. BASEBALL AUTOGRAPHS YOU HAVE RECEIVED PAST OR PERESENT

Hello Fans...I figured I would throw this out there for strictly baseball collectors who seek to get autographs through the mail the old fashion way...directly from the player...I have received probably over 100 autos but stopped maybe 4 or 5 years ago when I lost my contact list...but recently started it up again and since then received a few autos through the mail since the end of July...it is now currently (August 2011) so now I am hooked once again...please feel free to add pictures and comments about the autographs you received from BASEBALL PLAYERS with a simple envelope and stamp and not something you have received through the mail from a winning auction...

Feel free to include autos you got for free and also Players that sent back a request for money as that also happens from time to time or even if they wrote you back which is also an added bonus and a rare treat...

LET ME KNOW...

HAPPY COLLECTING !!!!

I got him in-person at a show in Long Island probably about 12 years ago. Come to think of it, I vaguely recall him being a bit grumpy. LOL

Funny story real quick getting autos...although Charlie really wasn't so grumpy...I saw Moose Skowron tell my buddy thats all tattooed up while asking him for his auto to "go stick those tattoos up your ass"... That was quite funny...also remember sweet Lou Pinnealla telling another collector while signing an autograph "Iam glad I retired...I don't miss this s*** one bit"...another time I got Sweet Lou in person he was so smashed when I got his auto he couldn't even talk...surprisingly enough the auto came out cherry...and of course Reggie Jackson...he told my buddy to shut up while he was getting his auto...I can write a book on the quotes I have heard some players say...LOL

HERE IS THE SWEET LOU AUTO MY BUDDY GOT THAT'S ALL INKED UP FROM THE NIGHT WE SAW LOU SMASHED OUT OF HIS BIRD...THIS AUTO CAME OUT GREAT FOR SOME ONE THAT WAS QUITE S*&T FACED AT THE TIME...HE SIGNED FOR ME A MULTI SIGNED PIECE (MY CHAIR)

another awesome auto 14 day return

Cee Gee-I used to send TTM many years ago. there were times I sent out over 300 items in the course of a year, and typically got a 80% return.  each year it dropped off so I ended up just giving up.  Never started again. But here are some of my favorite TTM autos.

So awesome....thanks for sharing
Wow !!...Those are unbelievable !!!! I have to say I am quite jealous....those are really incredible TTM autos right there...that Maris piece is Hot to death....Iam going to give Kofax and Musial a shot...I hope it will be sucessful....You have been very fortunate....I still can't get over that Maris....that's too sweet
Maris used to sign TTM at his Gainesville FL Budweiser distributorship. He was great, very quick turn around, and multiple items.  My friend sent him 4 balls, that he signed, and I have one of them in my collection.   The Namath was interesting, I sent him 3 items, and he only signed one and sent the other two back unsigned. These were all signed in the early 80's.
I think I would have been so happy with the Maris I probably would have just quit the TTM autos...I haven't really got to many were I was just blown away except for the Clemens which I have posted....but there's no question there's no comparison between the 2....that really is truly an amazing piece

If Maris was good TTM you'd think you'd see a lot more autographs available. I wonder if people just don't get rid of them and they stay in collections. ???

here is another one....
