I've seen this before. I know the guy who got it signed. Richard Simpkin, from Australia. He published a book, "Richard and Famous," about his in-person autograph collecting over last few decades. I think he got three Nirvana CDs signed. RR sold another of his recently.

We published an article on him in Autograph magazine...back in 2008-9. Cool stuff.

Steve, this nirvana hormoaning cd is from a different consigner, signed in a different state, but yes very similar the Simpkins cd didn't have the words (not for sale) the simpkins hormoaning is in my collection.
