Got this about 3 yrs ago from them. it signed by both of them. Let me know what you think.

Need to see a bigger, clearer scan. My first reaction is that GHWB's sigs looks really bold and strong. He hasn't signed like that in quite some time. Autopen or preprint could be a possibility.
