Thanks Jeffery, I am pretty excited about it. Hopefully, the promoter understands that if I'm not getting paid, then he's going to have to get pictures developed and made into 8x10s for his talents on his own dime!

This morning, I stopped at Meijer because my son had a little birthday money and wanted to buy a new wrestler. After a quick trip to the WWE section,( My son ultimately bought a Kofi Kingston figure) we found ourselves looking at cards. I haven't been buying cards lately because I have so many now and would rather save my money for stamps for ttms, but I did find a box of 2010 Sage HIT. You get 20 packs and 2 autographs for $11.99. I ended up getting some great cards for future ttms as well as cards that I know that I wll never get signed for free. i.e. Sam Bradford, Jahvid Best, Suh etc. I did pull former Michigan Wolverine and Detroit Lion Donovan Warren and Brandon Spikes of the New England Patriots. Pretty happy overall.

My family and I went to a TXWE wrestling event on Saturday. The kids got some awesome autographs as the entire roster came out to sign at intermission! I alos had some 8x10s printed up for some of the guys from a previous show. They are young guys just starting out, so they don't have pics of themselves. They were all pretty excited to see the pics that I took. A couple even asked if they could buy one from me. I told them that I would print them another one and give it to them at the next show!  The promoter and TXWE champion, Judge Tuff Love, told me that he really liked my pics and asked if I would be thier official photographer!  Because they are a small promotion, I wouldn't get paid, but me and my family would get to get in for free! So that saves me $35 bucks a show! Our first assignment will be next show. He wants me to take individual pics of the talent for promotional use! I am totally psyched for this opportunity!

I was at my local thrift store today when I found a signed Canada 2002 hockey puck. Upon further inspection, I realized that the puck was signed by Wayne Gretzky! There was a $2.50 price tag on it! When I took it to the register to pay for it, the lady at the counter asked if I knew anything about it and if it was signed by someone. I told her that I thought that it was signed by Gretzky. You should have seen the look on her face! I got it home and started researching the signature and I am 99% sure that it is legit! I am so glad that I rolled the dice on this one!

Today, I received a signed copy of the book Winfield a Player's Life signed by Dave Winfield! I won this book from a Listia auction!

Last weekend, I got in-person autographs of Howie Bedell and Brian Jordan. Howie is most famous for being the guy to break up Don Drysdale's 58 2/3 scoreless inning streak in 1968, and Brian Jordan was an All-Star outfielder in 1999, and was a part of many of the great Braves teams in the 1990's.
