Just got Troy Sadowski in the mail today. Troy was an All-American tight-end for the University of Georgia back in 1988, and played several years in the NFL.

I go every time the team comes to indy. THey can't kick you out of the lobby, they asked us to stay away from the elevator and from the deck. The security guy saw that I was a true fan and he allowed me to get them as they got off of the elevator. It worked for me for 3 yrs in a row that the Raiders came here

Raiderman, that doesn't much work here in L.A. as hotel security are paid (very well) to keep guys like you and me out of the lobby. It can happen, but it's very very tough/rare.

I go to the hotel that the team is staying in, and sit in the lobby. I have also carried some photos of my various rooms that I put my stuff to show the players that I am a fan of the team and that THIS is where the signed stuff is going to go. There were prob about 100 people in the lobby and only about MAYBE 4 people that were true fans! I got my poster, helmet and other things signed. It can be hard, but I stayed for about 8 hrs and got the whole team with coachs.

Id have to say no Jeff. Its a an accomplishment just to get to the big game. I myself have a Super Bowl program that Ive been getting signed by Bears players even though they lost to the Colts. Many other people in the autograph lines have them too. What was in bad taste was the guy who brought a model of a Lamborghini for Lance Briggs to sign. Mr. Briggs flipped his Lamborghini in a car accident. As for your Super Bowl mini, Id say thats a pretty good item for short notice.

On short notice, I was able to get a Jim Kelly autograph. I like mini helmets, but Buffalo Bills helmets are not in high volume where I live. My only option was to get a mini helmet from one of the 4 Super Bowl games that the Bills lost. My dilemna was, Is it in bad taste to ask a legend to sign a helmet from a Super Bowl game when he lost?
