I'm hoping we could start a mini-community here for UK collectors and dealers and of course overseas friends who are interested in UK based autographs.

I met Robert Vaughn at a signing session some years ago at an Autographica event in Coventry - signed 10x8s were then £20.00 - signed cards generally sell up to around £15.00 depending on condition.

Has anyone got any autographs for sale from the movie The Magnificent Seven - if you have I would be interested in buying from you.

Is everybody aware of the upcoming Memorabilia show at the NEC at Birmingham - a great day for meeting celebrity guests and buying genuine autographs.

I think the general rule of thumb which has served me well is to do your research. Buy from only trusted sources such as UACC and AFTAL members and dealers. AFTAL have very good advice on their website and also list the registered dealers - be very aware of autographs put up for sale on Ebay - most of which are fake, poor fakes at that.
