I'm not familiar with this TTM success but the inscription looks like a different pen than the signature.. I would suspect the signature is a preprint.. check to make sure

I agree - different hands different pen. To check for live ink hold the photo and sig in the glare of a light. If the signature disappears into ink as shown below it is a preprint. Live ink will look orangeish and be on top of the photo when viewed the same way..
