This looks like a standard through the mail shot. Stan Laurel almost always put a period at the end of his name. They did almost always sign with two different pens so that part is good. Have you done a quick check with PSA? Does it come with a money back if not passed by either PSA-DNA or JSA?

If the sale is on Ebay I believe you can do a PSA-DNA quick opinion through that. Otherwise go totheir website. I do not have the address but am sure if you type it in a search engine it will pop up. I am not an expert so do not like to say one way or another. A quick opinion is not perfect by any means and many do not use it at all.

I personally would be hesitant to buy if they did not allow a return if not passed by either PSA-DNA or JSA. Most sellers of high end items will do that. Some have a time limit of 90 days while others it is lifetime.
