This looks like a standard through the mail shot.  Stan Laurel almost always put a period at the end of his name.   They did almost always sign with two different pens so that part is good.  Have you done a quick check with PSA?  Does it come with a money back if not passed by either PSA-DNA or JSA?

Hi Scott,

Thanx for your reply. The photo is in a general sale and sold as seen. How do I check with the PSA please ??   a

If the sale is on Ebay I believe you can do a PSA-DNA quick opinion through that.  Otherwise go totheir website.  I do not have the address but am sure if you type it in a search engine it will pop up.  I am not  an expert so do not like to say one way or another.  A quick opinion is not perfect by any means and many do not use it at all.

I personally would be hesitant to buy if they did not allow a return if not passed by either PSA-DNA or JSA.  Most sellers of high end items will do that.  Some have a time limit of 90 days while others it is lifetime.
