Issue is that looks nothing like other Pucketts I have seen, so the exemplars dont mesh. Here is a typical Kirby

Whoever it was smudged the last "T" so he may have been in a crowd and signing really fast.  Anyway that's all I can contribute.  I have no idea who the other signatures belong to but I am curious and will continue to check them every now and then.  I'm guessing that they are from the late 1980s and/or early 1990s.

Funny you say that because now I'm not thinking late 1980s and/or early 1990s but Chicago White Sox in the 2000s.
