Thanks for the opinion on the Dylan Jersey.  I was perusing your photos and the one of Ray Manzarek stopped me.  As a teen I waited outside an exit of the Long Beach Arena after a Doors concert. After about two hours a limo pulled up and all the members except Morrison exited.  I thanked Ray for the show and he stopped and shook my hand.  I didn't get an autograph or a photo, but I have a fond memory to share.

That's awesome. Did you ever see them play Larry!

Yes, I saw the concert prior to my waiting for them to leave the venue.  They performed a very long show which was quite fantastic.  I remember Morrison drinking whiskey from the bottle and him being a bit hoarse.  I guess I'm old enough to have seen a lot of really great bands/musicians but not so old to not remember.

Very cool. That may have been the longest show they ever performed.

Did you keep your ticket ?

Thank you Larry. I toured with the Doors a few times during early and mid 2000's when Ian Astbury sung for the. Amazing tours and great people. I was honoured to have met Ray and Robby over the three tours.

Paul, I didn't keep the stub.  I was 16 at the time and I think paid less than $10.00 for a floor seat.  I had no idea the value, sentimental and other, they would have had.
